Draft. A hazy golden beer with a lazing off-white head - definately not a pilsener, more like a Kellerbier. The aroma is sweet with notes of brewmash and hops - Saaz, leaving a slight note of grass. The flavor is sweet malty with strong notes of grass, hops, and hay as well as light notes of grapefruit, leading to a very bitter and sligtly piercing finish. I’m not that fond of the hop profile.

On tap at Cafe Conrad. (6.1% ABV) Poured an orange-golden, slightly hazy body with an off-white head on top, leaving lacings. Citrusy and grassy aroma from the hops, but there’s also grain and pale malt. Quite hoppy flavor too, with grass and citrus, a decent bitterness, and some grains. Medium body, and a rather bitter finish. Sure, it’s a nice pilsner. A bit high on the alcohol, but for a glass or two that’s ok. Rating: 5-3-6-3-11-2.8. (080302)

On tap at Café Conrad, Vejle. It pours a hazy, orange-golden body under a small, white head. Fruity, hop-driven nose, with tropical fruits and citrus and pinecones. Some malty sugars in the mouth, but as for the aroma, the hops are doing most of the work, giving fruits and citrus, some orange peel and a piney and bitter finish. Full-bodied, quite dry and effervescent. Easy to drink and quite pleasant. (080914)

(On tap) Slightly hazy golden with a small, off-white head. Sweetish malty aroma, some caramel and a whiff of flowers. Rather full-bodied with a very solid and sweetish malt base. Bitter, hoppy finish - again with quite some flowers. 290308
