750 ml corked bottle, batch #7, from the brewery. Bottled 04.04.2013. ABV is 8.5%. Hazy brown colour, moderate to low off-white head. Strong sweetish aroma of oranges, hints of chamomille. The flavour is a bit "raw", medium sweet with fairly distinct hops, peppery notes. The aftertaste is woody, slightly metallic and ashy. Not too bad, might improve a little with a year’s cellaring.

750 ml bottle @ Apotekergården. Murky hazy, dark golden body with a medium sized off-white head. A nice citric fruity aroma with malt and some yeast. Flavor is nice, sweet malty with citric fruit and balanced bitterness. Not really a trippel or and IPA but a rather pleasant malt driven medium bitter beer. Fine body and a sweet, fruity and slightly bitter aftertaste.

Slow gusher. Pours cloudy deep golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, yeast, alcohol, citrus, grape, pine and passion fruit. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter with a long warm grassy, fruity and yeasty finish. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle, 75cl corked, at the brewpub. A slow gusher, very hazy, orange-golden in color, and with a finger-thick off-white head. The aroma is on the hoppy side, with a Belgian twist. Some yeast, quite a lot of fruityness. A faint touch of spices chimes in. The flavor is pretty much the same, lots of hops.com with the Belgian yeast in the back. Some sugary hints, but it’s not very sweet on the palate. Full body, a bit effervescent. Lasting finish. A nice one indeed, but I’d like it clearer and less yeasty. Wouldn¨t shy away from a few more bottle. 130309
