Bottled@SADESA. Deep ambery brown colour with a mediumsized beige head. Aroma is brown sugar, some wooden notes, mild sourness as well as some sweet malts. Flavour is slightly sour wooden notes with sweet malts, mild nutty and caramelly notes as well as some slight grassy and mild floral bitterness to it.

33 cl bottle @ home. Batch #092: BBE 02.08.2015
Vertical with other Kolmiks
Aroma is quite weak with mustard and wasabi tones(!). Also mild hayish malt and hints of bread in the background. Also some seed. Flavour has odd menthol notes, some malt and nuts. Also mild hoppiness in the finish. Quite straightforward, I find the menthol here a bit disturbing. Gets a bit better after some sips (or then just feels better after a sip of Vormsi.)

Bottle, batch 092. Pours dark brown with light brown head. The head stays for a moment. Aroma is sweet, sugar, malt, caramel. Flavor is sweet, caramel, malt, nutty bitterness. Overall: feels more crisp than the other 2. Seemed the best one for me, but still rather dull brew.

33cl bottle from Pothouse, Tallinn. Pours hazy dark caramel coloured with a tan head. Malty and fairly caramely aroma with some slightly fruity notes and hints of herbal hops. Moderate sweet with balanced malty flavours and a fairly light bitterness. Medium body and fairly average carbonation. Slightly better than the previous one ( Vormsi) and the best one in the pack in my opinion, but it was a fairly close race. Not the most interesting beers, but certainly a very interesting experiment. Three different beers, but partly with great similarities.
