On tap at Ølfestival 2012. It pours an almost clear body, yellowish golden in color and with a small, white head on top. The aroma is dominated by elderflower, leaving little room for the strawberries. Some wheat, spices and citrus too. The flavor too is dominated by elderflower, with some wheat and bitterness. Medium to thin on the palate, dry, and pleasantly carbonated. Decent bitterness towards the end, but mostly it’s fruity. A very refreshing one, and quite tasteful too. 120512

Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, wheat and elderflower. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long freash fruity finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Copenhagen Beer Festival, May 2012. Hazy golden with a lasting white head. Aroma of cookie spices, with a slightly fruity touch. Sweet bready malt flavour, a bit sugary, with a fruity and floral touch.
