De samenwerking met Stone Brewing moest iets bijzonders worden. Daarom hebben we een imperial sour gebrouwen die we hebben vergist met een Litouwse boerderij-gist en hebben laten rijpen op witte wijn vaten. Het resultaat: een bier vol fruitige smaken!

Can. Almost clear dark golden. Sweet sugary malts, smoke, grapes, kiwi, yoghurt, whisky, sour unripe fruits. Quite sweet, medium sour. Full bodied with low carbonation. I have no idea where it comes from, but this has a lot of characters from a lightly peated Scotch. Not an amazing beer, but better than I expected.

Can. Color: Clear golden, white head. Aroma: White wine, grape, Spicy Saison yeast. Malty. Taste: Surprisingly a bit sweetish, vanilla, oak notes with also some sourish notes. White wine, yeasty spicy hints. Some peach. Hints of caramel(?) Hard to describe all flavors but I like it. Medium body, below average carbonation.
