Bottle. It’s a clear one, well, almost clear, brown in color and topped by a small, off-white head. The aroma is lightly roasted, with some faint toffee, and some dried fruits. There’s a touch of chocolate and a little bitterness in the flavor, as well as the roasted malts, toffee and dried fruits known from the aroma. Dry, medium to full mouthfeel. Roasted finish. A quite boring porter, but far from foul. 130208

500 ml bottle. Clear, dark amber body with a decent tan head. Mild aroma of malt, caramel and fruit. Flavour is sweet, mild malt, slightly roasted, hint of chocolate, some fruit and moderate bitterness. Medium body and aftertaste. Nothing extraordinary, but really pleasant and fine balance.
