This big Citra hop brew will fill your nose with sweet citrus aroma & a nice crystal malt black notes. Its deep gold color has a slight haze from massive amounts of hops used to brew our hoppiest brew.

4 oz. taster at the source. Appearance is a clear orange, aroma is citrus, caramel, weak herbal. Caramel is not overpowering. Lower bitterness. Again, sure it fairs better on draft than a bottle sitting on a shelf.

On tap at the brewpub. It’s a clear, golden beer with a dense, white head. The aroma is quite piney, with some tropical fruits. Not much malty aromas. Quite bitter on the palate, dry and full bodied, with a pleasant carbonation. Pine cones and some pineapple and peaches in the flavor, some malty sweetness. Long bitter finish. A tasteful and easy drinkable one, I could easily have a few of these. Should definitely be a part of the regular line-up. 130818

(Rattlesnake?) IPA–on tap-pours a retaining thin off white head with trailing lace and gold color. Aroma is pine/citrus rind-orange/lemon. Taste is pine hops with some bite, drying, some light malt. OK effervescence.
