On tap at Toronado. It pours a more or less clear body, dark golden in color, and topped by a small off-white head. The aroma is mostly fruity, with some cellar and a touch of pine cones. Cellarish flavour too, with pine cones and fruityness. The flavor goes in the same direction, with some bitterness. Full body. Lasting finish. Way too cellarish, else nice. 130804

At the brew house out of a cask. Faint orange, lemon and saltine cracker malt. Hazy moderate deep honey-gold with a full white creamy head that lingers down the glass. Malt Nd hops balance, yet slightly subdued for the style, with some chewy yeast after mid-palate. Hops are grapefruit and juicy with some earthiness and slight pine. Slight bitterness, more pronounced on the finish. Very nice!

Cask pour. Pours clear golden with a medium white creamy head that dissipates with nearly perfect lacing. Aroma is quite faint, with notes of pine and citrus. Flavor is the same, lightly sweet and lightly bitter, increasing bitterness to the far finish. Not bad, but pretty bland.
