Bottle. A slow gusher producing a big, white head over an unclear, golden-orange body. The aroma is rather doughy, with a pleasant citrusy touch. It’s dry and lightly acidic on the palate, medium bodied, lighlty warming, with too much carbonation. Dough, citrus and alcohol in the flavor, lasting for a while. A decent one, but too carbonated and doughy. 150328

Soft gusher. Nice slightly fizzy mediumlasting head. Aroma is mild and strange fruity, canned tropical fruits syrup, grass, weeds, wet hay, heather, dried fruits, almond essence. Taste is slightly dry floral, weeds, heather, bark, flowers, salt, wet hay, sour grass, almond essence, minerals. Little bitterness, slightly sour-ish harsh mouthfeel. Boring.

Bottle. Pours hazy, very light yellow, with a creamy head. Aroma is tart with zesty hops and lactic acid, as well as coriander and honeylike malty sweetness. Quite full body, with average carbonation. Pungent sour flavour with lactic acid, salt and soapy coriander, as well as some pale malts. Tart finish with wooden notes and vinegar.

Bottle from Martin’s in Fairview. Hazy lemon with a large white head. Light aroma of lemon. Flavour is dry bitter, tangy salt on the lips, fizz on the back of the throat. Long dry finish, similar to a good Berlin Weisse.
