Pours cloudy deep golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, orange peel, citrus, yeast and hint of pepper. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter with a long fruity, orange, yeasty and light peppery finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

On tap @ the brewpub. Unclear yellow/golden body with a medium sized off-white head. Nice spicy aroma with hint of lemon, pepper and orange. Flavor is very refreshing, mild acidic, light bitter, fruity, fruity zest, undefined lovely spicy and distinct Belgium farmhouse yeast. Fine balanced body and long lasting aftertaste with fruit and spices. There is a lot of undefined fruit and spices in the flavor, that’s difficult to put a name on, this makes this beer rather complex in a light and delicate manner. Really like it a lot and will for sure have it again as long as it lasts. Hopefully throughout the Easter.

On tap at the brewpub. It’s a hazy orange colored beer with a small off-white head. It’s very fruity on the nose, with peaches, some banana and orange, a nice pepper touch, herbal hints and pine cones. Malty notes too, but just notes. There’s sweetness on the palate, as well as a lovely bitterness preventing it from feeling sweet. Fruity, with oranges, some peach and a faint banana note. Pine cones, some herbs and a little touch of black pepper. Soft on the palate, pleasant carbonation. Full to medium body. Lasting fruity finish with herbs, pine cones and pepper. This is my idea of an Easter beer. Tasteful, quite refreshing and also bringing forth memories of Easters in my youth. 150319
