On tap @ the brewpub. Almost clear golden body with a nice off-white head. Aroma is fruity and quite yeasty with mild pale malt. Flavor is medium sweet pale malt, some citric fruit, oranges, spicy yeast and moderate bitterness. Medium body and average aftertaste with a bit too much yeast. Nice Saison with a bit too much yeast flavor that probably will be reduced during a few weeks.

On tap at the brewpub. A lightly hazy golden beer with a dense finger thick off-white head. Some lacing. Yeasty and fruity aroma with a peppery touch and some citrus fruits. Decent bitterness in the mouth, lasting for a good while. Yeast and orange, with some pale malts. Dry and full bodied with a nice carbonation. Lasting yeasty finish with citrusy fruityness and a peppery hint. Too yeasty this one but nice anyway. Guess it could do use some more cellaring to get rid of some of the yeast flavor. 151008
