330ml bottle from Appellation Wines, Dalry Road. Pours hella lumpy, murky yellow. Strong tropical fruit, yeast, orange. Taste is light bitter, creamy, more green tropical fruit. Bitter finish.

Bottle. Appearance - golden with a thin head. And I was expecting a wit. Nose - dusty and yeasty. Light urine but not in a bad way. Taste - fresh sweat and citrus. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy yet tangy texture and a long dry tangy finish. Overall - I noticed the yeast in the wit but not the flavours.

330ml bottle. Slightly hazy pale golden colour with a two-finger white head, good retention and lacing. Aroma: hoppy, tropical fruit, grapefruit, mango, lemon, orange, hint of wheat/yeast. Taste: mostly hoppy like the aroma, tropical fruit, orange, lemon, grapefruit, some wheat noticeable but not much, some malt too, spice and herbs. Definitely seems more IPA than Wit but nonetheless a nice blend. Smooth mouthfeel, bitter finish and aftertaste but nicely balanced overall.

On tap @ Cafe Sara. A cloudy looking near glowing orange golden one with a nice medium sized bright white head. Lots of aromas here. Oranges and clementine juices, mild grapefruit, some grape branches and brett hints. Really nice. It has a good oily feeling in the mouth and it's above average on the carbonation level. Quite zesty bitter in the taste. The white part of the orange and grass. Fresh grass. Grapefruit as well. Good one! 23..5.2014

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, pale golden colour with a big and blond foamy head. Yeasty, very fruity, mainly citric aroma with floral notes, doughy malt, wheat and a moderately phenolic and spicy background. Mildly sour and delicately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a spritzy carbonation. Doughy malty, slightly wheaty taste with present notes of citrus, peppery spices, lingering into the mildly sour and sweet finish. 24.II.16
