Music is the muse for many things, including this beer.

Brewed un-cut and un-edited in ‘single-take’ batches, this Belgian-yeast fermented Session Ale is playful, effervescent and wonderfully aromatic.

Cloudy amber color with generous head. The aroma is moderately spicy, the mouthfeel is lean, dry; the flavor is well spicy, quite like Belgian beers; correct bitterness.
It doesn’t have a distinctive character to raise it above the crowd, but it’s a pleasant beer.

Bottle, 10C. Hazy amber with a white head. Aroma of caramel, lemon pudding, spices/ rye, grapefruit. Light bodied. Sweetish caramel with a spicy rye kick, dry finish with low bitterness. Refreshing and characterful.

4.7% at Tadg’s draft pint 1100 yen with 200 yen off during happy hour. Great honey gold color with a piney + citrus hop aroma over a malty base. The taste is thin bodied, a bit watery but it has a bitting bitter start, biscuity middle & lingering sweet fruity finish. Pretty good, it would benefit from a fuller mouthfeel though... As it warms up it gets a bit of spiciness to it, nice.

Pours dark amber with a large, lasting head.Nose is very phenolic, big peppery and clove-like characters along with doughy Belgian yeast and lemon notesLots of lemon as a flavours too as well as the doughy yeast. Also some sweet light malt and soft pear notes. Finishes very dry.Carbonation is too high.Very nice, refreshing stuff!
