On tap at Haand Festival. It’s close to black in the glass, with a tan, finger thick head that lasts and rolls down some curtains. The aroma is quite complex, with vinegar, roasted malts, coffee and chocolate, some raisins and a lemon sour touch. It’s full-bodied and tart on the palate, with some notes of balsamic vinegar and oak. Roasted malts, coffee, chocolate and dark dried fruits in the flavor. Long finish. Sure nice this one, but I prefer the regular Papessa. 140524
