Sampled at Gunnfryds Barmy Army New Year’s ticker party 2017. Unclear yellow body with a big, dense white head. Not much aroma here, some general fruitiness but really not much as expected from a wheat beer. The flavor is also not very typical wheat, some fruit in general, hint of lemon and light, soft pale malt. Rather plain but quite refreshing actually. Easy to drink, easy to forget.

Bottle 330ml @ gunnfryd
Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, wheat and citrus. Taste is light to medium sweet, light bitter and light sour with a long yeasty, citrus and wheat finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle. An unclear, golden colored beer with a small, dense off-white head. The aroma is rather yeasty, with some pale malts and banana. Some generic fruityness too. It’s medium bodied, smooth and dry, nicely carbonated for a weissbier. Pale malts, banana, yeast and citrus in the flavor, with the yeastyness lasting too long. Not my kind of weissbier. 170107
