On tap at the brewpub. It’s a lightly hazy dark golden beer with a small, dense, off-white head. The aroma is tropical, peaches, pineapple and some pine cones. Hints of banana and passion fruit, not much maltyness going on. Soft bitterness on the palate, it’s full bodied and semi dry, with a tropical fruityness dominating the flavor. Less banana and passion fruit than in the aroma. Long bitter and fruity finish. A quite pleasant one, easy drinkable too. 160616

On tap @ the brewpub. Almost clear golden body with a nice off-white head. Refreshing citric fruity aroma with mild pale malt and a floral touch. Flavor is nice and refreshing as well with the ripe fruit flavor from # 1 replaced with a more fresh and floral touch. Otherwise the same balanced between sweet malt and bitterness. A nice experiment that takes the single hop experiment to the next level.
