Bottle 291217. Golden color with a beige an off-white head. Aroma is fruit, malt, yeast. Flavor is fruit, malt, yeast, caramel, apple, pine. OK beer.

500 ml bottle from Gulating, Arendal. Unclear orange body with a big, lacing, dense off-white head. Aroma has malt, caramel, some ripe fruit and typical Belgium yeast. Flavor is sweet malt, some caramel, marmalade, yeast and medium bitterness, still relatively bitter for a Belgium beer, might be closer to a Belgium IPA except for the low alcohol. Almost interesting, but not really – still OK for a beer supporting a light meal.

Bottle. An almost unclear orange colored beer with a small off-white head. The aroma is slightly yeasty, in a Belgo kind of way, fruity and with some malty hints. Even some piney notes. It’s quite dry on the palate, medium to full bodied, and weirdly enough there’s some alcohol-like warmth as well. Mostly fruity flavor with a suitable bitterness and some yeast and pine cone hints. Lasting dry and quite bitter and fruity finish. An easy drinkable beer that shouldn’t scare anyone. Beer geeks will most likely think it’s a boring one. 160504

Tiny shortlasting head. Aroma is grainy, weeds, wet hay, old cellar, wet grain, minerals, raw cabbage. Taste is slightly dry grainy, weeds, hay, dried grain, minerals, grass, yeast, sap, flowers, paper. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh and watery mouthfeel. Meh!

Nice plain easy drinkable beer.
Hazed golden color with a fine white head. Ok intensity in the aroma. Medium body and an average carbonation, Malty, some yeast, mild fruity and mild citric flavor.
