Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, yeasty, hint of banana, apple and floral. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long yeasty, apple and floral finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

On the Brewpub 120516. Golden-orange colour with an off-white head. Aroma is yeast, orange, flower. Flavou8r is yeast, orange, flower, malt, hop, hay, grass. Medium body. Easy drinkable beer.

On tap @ the brewpub. Unclear orange body a medium sized, lacing off-white head. Aroma is light fruity with spicy yeast a hint of flowers. Flavor is mild fruity. light malty, yeasty, spicy and refreshing with a moderate but sharp bitterness. Medium body and aftertaste. Totally decent Saison where the flowers are a bit discrete.

On tap at the brewpub. It’s a hazy, orange colored beer with a small, creamy, off-white head. Lightly yeasty aroma with lots of peachy fruityness, some pepper hints and a light grassy, herbal touch. It’s super smooth, dry and medium bodied with a decent bitterness. Peaches, some hints of banana and some grass and pepper. Bitter, fruity and dry finish. Refreshing and quite tasteful. A tad too much yeast I think. 160521
