Bottle, 75cl, at Mondial de la bière Montréal 2015. An unclear, reddish beer topped by a small, off-white head. Chalky yeast, raspberries and sour grapefruit in the aroma. Some grapefruit-like bitterness in the mouth, it’s tart and medium bodied with a nice carbonation level. Raspberries and a yeasty touch and some funky, lemony notes in the flavor. Tart raspberry finish. Quite boring this one, but sure drinkable. 150611

Glass, 4-ounce, draught, during the Mondial de la bière, savoured on June 10 2015; eye: coppery with an orangey hue, hazy, no effervescence, no head, no lacing; nose: sourness, acidity, wild yeasts, musk, slight orange, light caramel; mouth: sourness, acidity, wild yeasts, musk, slight orange, light caramel, finale in light orange with good presence of acidity, medium body, good carbonation, slick and lightly silky texture; overall: nice surprise FRANÇAIS Verre, 4 onces, en fût, lors du Mondial de la bière, savourée le 10 juin 2015; œil : cuivrée avec une teinte orangée, trouble, pas d’effervescence, pas de mousse, pas de dentelle; nez : aigreur, acidité, levures sauvages, musc, très léger orange, léger caramel; bouche : aigreur, acidité, levures sauvages, musc, très léger orange, léger caramel, finale en léger orange avec bonne présence d’acidité, corps moyen, bonne carbonatation, texture coulante et légèrement soyeuse; en résumé : belle surprise

A hazed golden ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice sweet fruity malt with grapeskins, Brett notes, light cork, very nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light acidity, light grapeskins, musty character, very nice. On tap at Station HO.st.

Pours hazy amber/red with a small off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, raspberry, yeast, tart, funk, citrus, grape and cherries. Taste is medium sweet, light bitter and light to medium sour with a long tart, fruity, raspberry, yeasty and cherry finish. Body is light to medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.
