Fra fat på bryggeripuben, planke delt med Børge: lurer på om dette egentlig er en ny øl. Klar rødlig kobber gylden med flott skum som varer. Gjær, malt, urter og røde bær. Virker uferdig.

On tap at the brewpub. It pours a hazy, amber body under a dense, finger-thick off-white head leaving lacing. Malts and spent grains, some fruity notes and a distinct sweetish touch to the aroma. Some bready notes, a decent bitterness and a faint fruityness in the flavor. It’s full-bodied, warming and nicely carbonated, with a long finish. Sure not your everyday vienna, but not really in bock territory either. Not even a favorite of mine. 151005

Pours hazy amber with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, biscuit, floral and grassy. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long caramel, biscuit, floral and grassy finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Small creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly grassy, weeds, wet grass, wet hay, sap, unripe fruits, flowers. Taste is slightly sweet grainy, grass, weeds, hay, flowers, bark, cereal, hay. Medium bitterness, slightly watery mouthfeel. Big fizzy-creamy longlasting head, hazy. Aroma is slightly sweet grainy, weeds, strawberry jam, wet grain, minerals, sap, paper, butterscotch, cardboard, old wash cloth, winegum crocodiles. Taste is sweet mineraly, weeds, strawberry jam, sap, minerals, paper, bark, cardboard, butterscotch, wet hay. Medium bitterness, harsh mineraly mouthfeel. Crap!

On tap @ Bryggeriet, Bergen. Pours slightly hazy golden, with a creamy head. Aroma is roasted malts with bread and toffee. Medium body, with average carbonation. Flavour is roasted malts with bread, caramel, toffee and honey.
