On nitro tap at Prgu, pours a deep dark brown / black with a small tan head. Aroma is almost nonexistent, with bready malt, not much else. Flavour is quite licorice-like, with bready malt and light licorice. Creamy and very bitter. Not a fan.

Tap @ Põrgu. Dark brown pour, creamy beige head. Leaves lacings, nice small bubbles. Hops and good roasted rye bread character in the nose. Taste is hoppy, nice bready base that has a good roast character. Tasty and drinks well, lots of burnt rye bread but well balanced with hop character and would be a great match with the dishes at the restaurant (finished it too quickly, so could not do food-pairing).

Pours red copper with nice white head. The head stays, nice lacing. Aroma is rather weak caramel, herbal, berries, citrus. Taste is caramel, herbal, berries, grapefruit bitterness. Finish is decent grapefruit bitter. Overall: from the other comments it seems that every batch is very different; this one was drinkable, but not exciting.

50 cl on tap at Põrgu. Clear mahogany with nice, tan, creamy and lasting head. Herbal hoppy aroma with pine, malt, caramel and citrus. Medium sweet with nice hoppy flavours balanced against the sweet malt. Quite bitter finish. Nice one!

Draught @ Põrgu. Rated on 21.12.2013
Aroma is fruity with some caramel, toffee and hops. Flavour is sweet with caramel, piney hops, fruits and distant woody notes. Hints of Laitila-like vegetables at the middle of the glass. Good anyway.
