750ml bottle [#230/1200]. Clear, orangey golden colour with average, thick, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Citrusy fruity hoppy and fruity yeasty aroma, notes of peach, apricot, pineapple, a touch of aniseed, sweet-ish malty background. Taste is slightly dry, herbal-spicy with aniseed touch, quite neutral malt body, a cautious, unspecific sweet-fruity mixture in apricot direction; soft, silk, slightly sticky palate. Not this "all in" kind of exclusively hoppy IPA; nice try playing with a yeasty accentuation.

750 ml bottle @ Café Sara May 2014. Slightly unclear golden body with a big, foamy off-white head. Aroma is quite mild but delicate, fruity, spicy and light malt. Flavor is medium sweet, slightly acidic fruity, hint of berries, some pine, mild, soft malt, and moderate bitterness. I don’t find much of an IPA here honestly, more like a hoppy Sasion. Nice and easy to drink.

(Bottle, 0.75 l - BB 12/03/2018 - bottle no 477/1200, courtesy of Marduk, 20141227) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, citricness and cat’s pee. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, yeast, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Afteraste was yeasty, sweet and bitter. A yeastier version of the Imperial Pils from Meantime? Not good.

20th July 2014
Hazy gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is light and airy and a little crisp. Light airy malt. Touch of floralness. Mellow and pleasant orange and lemon. Touch of spice. Little thin malt cream in the finish. Pretty drinkable.

Bottle, 75cl corked, at Cafe Sara. A lightly unclear orange-golden beer with a two-finger off-white head leaving lacings. The aroma is sort of like a Belgian ale meets a Saison meets a California IPA. Some white sugar, some peppery yeast, some oranges, hints of cellar and earthyness, some pine cones and just a touch of malts. The flavor is like a Belgian blonde without the white sugar, tending towards the peppery, yeasty and fruityness found in a saison. Pale malts and some mint too. Full body, quite dry and faintly acidic on the palate. Nice carbonation and a lasting finish. It feels a bit weird this one, but it’s a nice beer anyway. 140503

Bottled@vPBFIII, bottle 578/1200. Golden colour, small head. Aroma is fruits, nectar, honey and some yeasty notes. Flavour is rather similar, but also has some spruce to it. Quite much like a milder triple, but with a bit more hops.

Pours murky golden with huge white head. The head stays. Aroma is sweet, apple, slight sourness, fruity, Belgian yeast, some spices. Taste: sour, apple, slight sweetness, mandarin notes. Finish is hoppy bitter with some citrus notes. Overall: rather interesting beer. It feels somewhat like cider, but it’s still a very nice beer.

Bottle 750ml (WPBF)
Hazy yellow color, small white head, some floating yeast. Apricot fruity aroma. Medium-bodied. Very foamy mouthfeel. Fruity citrusy flavor. American hoppyness meets Belgian yeast. Decent "champagne beer".

75 cl bottle @ wPBF’14. Bottle 578/1200
Cork popped out and bounced all over the room. Aroma is somewhat soapy with peaches and fruity tones. Also some herbal tones. Very foamy and creamy palate. Flavour has hops, citrus, some peaches and herbal tones. Dry and nice, but not worth the money. The palate tries to ruin the show.
