A Red Rye based beer, recklessly laced with American Hops during the boil and dry hopped after fermentation with more USA and NZ varieties. A real fruity character with a smooth bitterness, perfect to rock your senses to the edge.

Bottle and keg. Hazy amber/brown body with a beige head that holds well. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of resin, caramel, fig, wood and biscuit. Flavour of toffee apple, stewed tea, burnt sugar, copper and a hint of lime chutney. Bitter hoppy finish. Medium body with an oily mouthfeel. Soft fizz. A lovely hoppy red, one of my go-to beers. Great balance of rye and juicy hops. I'd love to try this on cask.

Bottle 50 cl. Clear nutty brown with lacing off-white head. Nutty aroma. Rich and malty, rustic, late bitterness. More like a hoppy ESB. 240719

Pours a clear reddish amber colour with a medium sized foamy beige head. A fruity malty aroma, grapefruit with bold spicy, grassy hops. A sweetish fruity taste, toffee, grapefruit and a spicy citrus peel hop bitterness in the finish. Good!
