Sesongavslutning på Mi2 Cardinal, juni-18, og her kommer den første av to flaskeøl fra Kjerlingland: lett uklar strågul med ok skum. Solid preg av hylleblomst, men sitronskall og muligens noen dråper lime skaper balanse. En lys og fristende saison som passer godt i glasset en lun sommerkveld.

Shared bottle at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours hazy golden with white head. Aroma of flowers, citrus, elderflower. Tastes slightly bitter with some sweetness. Thin to medium bodied, highly carbonated, slightly bitter finish.

A nice and refreshing beer. But I did not notice the elderflower to much.
Clear golden color with a fine head. Ok intensity in the aroma. Medium body and an average carbonation level. Balanced sweetness and bitterness. Fresh and easy to drink. Fruity, mild citric, some yeast and mild elderflower in the flavor.

Nice slightly bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head, hazy. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish grassy, leafs, weeds, hay, flowers, elderflower, gooseberries, grass, minerals, bark, hints of citrus peel. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish mineraly, weeds, hay, minerals, grass, elderflower, bark, paper, fruit stones, leafs. Medium bitterness, slightly dry and harsh floral mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Bottle. A unclear yellow-orange colored beer with a dense white head. Elderflower, fruityness, some pale malts, a spiced note and orange in the aroma. It's full bodied, soft and nicely carbonated, with a decent bitterness. Quite dry. The flavor is much the same, with elderflower, fruityness, a spiced touch and a hint of malt. Lasting finish. A true thirst quencher. Delicious. 180203
