Elegant 0,35 flaske (2017-årgangen, 8%) innkjøpt hos produsenten aug-20 og delt med Kitty for å feire Einars godkjenninger som spesialist: klar lys strågylden, inviterende aroma og solid, saftig smak med langtidsvirkning. Hint av pæredessert, kanel og lær. Superdelikat, og mersmaken er hjertelig til stede. Kitty er et eneste stort smil.

350 ml clear slimline bottle, vintage 2016, from Vinmonopolet Madla, ABV is 8,6%. Very pale yellow colour, pours sparkling with a shortlived white head. Aroma of apples, apple peel and sulphites. Fairly fresh flavour of apples, semi dry, some acidity, hints of sulphites.

KRS 111117. Golden color with a small white head. Aroma is sulfur, apple, fruit. Flavor is sulfur, apple, fruit, sugar, grass. Carbonated and easy drinkable.

Bottle. It's a clear one, pale golden in color and with a minimal sized white head. Rather fruity aroma with grass, grapes, fermented yellow apples and a touch of white sugar. Some sulphur. It's medium bodied, sweet and with a good carbonation. Yellow apples, grapes and a generic fruityness. Sweetness and some apple cores. Lasting sweet, sugary finish with apples. Nice bubbly shortlasting head, straw colored. Aroma is slightly sweet and fresh fruity, apple juice, yeast, apple cores, hay, sorrel, minerals, grass, straw. Taste is slightly fresh and harsh concentrated fruity, sour apples, harsh apple cores, yeast, fruit stones, sorrel, hay, grass, hints of citrus acid. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Fair enough.
