On tap at Haand Festival. A quite clear yellow-orange colored beer with a white head leaving lacing. The aroma is on the fruity side, with pale malts in the back. Some bread hints. Citrus, orange and grapefruit, pine cone hints, and some hay in the aroma. It's dry on the palate, full to medium bodied with a nice carbonation level. The flavor, both initially and in the end, has a delicious touch of pink pepper, adding to the already nice Saison base beer. Lasting fruity finish. A very pleasant but a bit too subtle saison that drinks easily. 170526

Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, grass, hay and a hint of citrus and yeast. Taste is light sweet and light bitter with a long slightly dry, peppery, grassy and citrus finish. Body is light to medium, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Tap @ Gulating Pub, Stavanger. Unclear yellow/golden with a medium sized white head. Aroma has mild, typical Saison yeast, pepper, some fruit and hint of sour berries. Flavor is mild and smooth pale malt, moderate fruity, Saison yeast, herbs, time and low bitterness. Medium body and more distinct herbal aftertaste. Slightly different Saison, quite pleasant.

Unclear golden color with a fine white head. Ok lacing. Decent intensity in the aroma. Medium body and a fine mellow carbonation level. Ok balance between sweetness and bitterness. Mild acidity. Malty, citric, yeast and herbal flavor. Fresh and easy drinkable beer.

24.05.2017, 0,5l bottle @ home:
Big bubbly-creamy longlasting head, hazy. Aroma is slightly dry floral, weeds, yeast, hay, flowers, light malts, old moss, minerals, paper, pepper corn, herbs. Taste is slightly harsh floral, weeds, hay, yeast, flowers, paper, light malts, popcorn, herbs, pepper corn, bark, minerals. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh metallic mouthfeel. Not my cup of tea.
