Pours hazy pink with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, yeast and berries. Taste is light to medium sweet, light bitter and light sour with a long yeasty, berry and light tart finish. Body is light to medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Tasty and refreshing fruit beer. Nice red color and a fine head. Fine intensity in the aroma. Pleasant carbonation level and a balanced tartness/acidity that made it easy to drink. Nice berry profile in the flavor.

Bottle, at Nødingen. It's a pink, unclear beer with a medium sized pinkish white head. Raspberry-ish aroma, rather fruity, with a touch of redcurrant. Some yeast hints too. It's medium bodied and soft on the carbonation, quite dry, but with some residual sweetness to deal with the lighlty sour and tart berries. There's hints of rhubarb in the flavor, with berries and a very light sweetness. Long berry finish with some rhubarb and a touch of sweetness as well as of course some sourness. A quite nice and refreshing beer. 170614

Aroma is slightly sour-ish mineraly, old hay, minerals, grass, soap, fruit stones, winegum, old cellar, paper, red berries, sawdust. Taste is slightly sour-ish mineraly, weeds, minerals, sour grass, paper, fruit stones, red berries, old hay, sawdust, bark, heather. Medium bitterness, slightly sour-ish harsh mouthfeel, fizzy carbonation. Weird.

Bottle @ Nødingen Pub. Totally hazy pink body with a pale pink head that fades pretty fast. Aroma is red currant, some yeast and esters. Flavor is refreshing red currant berries, not too sweet and not really much acidity either. Quite light but distinct and has a certain balance between sweetness and acidy but also a bit light in flavor. Would probably not need more fruit here, but something seems to be missing here, not sure what? Like some kind of a beer aperitif?
