On the Brewpub in August 2017. Golden -orange color with an off-white head. Aroma is yeast, malt, malt, hop. Flavor is dry, yeast, malt, hop, oranges, caramel, bread, floral. Medium body. OK beer.

On tap @the brewpub. Unclear golden body with a medium sized off-white head. Aroma has pale malt, ripe fruit and quite much yeast. Flavor is medium sweet pale malt, hint of caramel, ripe citric fruit, hints of vegetables, oranges, yeast and slightly harsh bitterness. Medium body and average aftertaste. Drinkable but feels a bit raw and harsh, miss some more delicate Saison flavors.

On tap at the source. It’s an unclear orange-golden colored beer with a finger thick off-white head. It’s s bit alcoholic or chemical on the nose. Yeasty. Not bad though, but with potential. Fruityness, bready malts, yeasty, some pine cones and flower notes. It’s full to medium bodied, dryish and appropriately carbonated, with a decent bitterness. Some yeast, flowers and orange zest. Grapefruit, bready malts, hints of caramel and a faint peppery touch. Long fruit dominated finish. Not very exciting this one, but at least it’s easy drinkable. 170722

Pours hazy to cloudy deep golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, citrus, yeast and pepper. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long orange, citrus yeasty and rather sweet malty finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft
