Hytte 300717. Golden-orange color with a white head. Aroma is hop, sourness, citrus. Flavor is hop, sourness, citrus, bread, grapefruit, ornges, pine. Nice easy drinkable beer.

Nice slightly bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head, slightly hazy. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish, leafs, hay, soda powder, minerals, grass, fresh hops, paper, hints of citrus acid. Taste is slightly sour-ish mineraly, soda powder, minerals, grass, hay, paper, weeds, leafs, hints of citrus acid. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh mineraly mouthfeel. Fair enough, kind of boring.

Bottle. A lightly hazy pale orange-golden beer with a white head. Citrusy, lightly bready aroma. Lots of grapefruit, some orange and passionfruity. It’s medium bodied, dry and perhaps a bit heavy on the carbonation. A nice bitterness too. Grapefruit dominated flavor with some notes of pale malts and bread dough. Long grapefruity aroma. Not a very complex beer, but tasteful, quenching and really pleasant. Wouldn’t mind less carbonation though. 170617

Lett tåkete lys brun med fingerhøyt beige skum. Beskjeden lukt. Minner om saison, høy og gjær. Noe sydhavsfrukt. Lett. Noe syrlig smak. Epler og noe sure godteri og korn. Kort.

Bottle. Hazy golden body with a light, white head that fades quickly. Aroma is mild acidic, lacto, minerals and hint of general fruity hops. Flavor is nice and refreshing, not very complex besides what to expect from a Berliner weisse, but actually more classic than expected. The hops is not very easy to detect at all, in aroma or bitterness. Otherwise a nice and straight forward Berliner weisse. Medium body and average aftertaste with mild acidity and some minerals.
