Bottle. Lively carbonation in an unclear pale orange colored body. A finger thick off-white head sits patiently on top. Aromawise it’s on the fruity side, citrus mostly, with too much yeast and with a light bready hint. It’s quite effervescent on the palate, dry and with a nice bitterness level. Medium body. Piney, grassy hints, a generic fruityness, and a distinct orange touch in the flavor. Bready, wheaty malts and yeast as well. Long orangey, lightly bready and a tad too yeasty finish. Didn’t it get enough time on the tank this one perhaps? It’s a decent beer, but it’s too much on the yeasty side for me, and too heavy on the carbonation. 17061613

Bottle. Unclear golden body with a medium sized white head. Aroma is typical spicy Saison aroma with mild pale malt, some fruit and yeast. Flavor is mild pale malt, hint of fruit, spicy Saison yeast, moderate bitterness, floral and mild esters. All in all a typical Saison by all means, no really outstanding flavors, quite refreshing, distinct yeast and actually a bit impressive at only 4,7 ABV. Tasty and well balanced.
