Uklar orange/brun farge med lavt hvitt skum. Lukter malt og svakt av krydder og karamell. I smaken kommer det godt frem at det er brukt belgisk gjær. Medium minus i fylde. krydder, frukt og karamell i smak.

On tap at the brewpub. It’s a lightly hazy dark golden to amber colored beer with a finger thick off-white head leaving curtains. Lightly malty, lightly fruity aroma with some caramel, Belgian yeast and even some dried fruits. It’s full to medium bodied, smooth and a bit soft on the carbonation. Semi-sweet, with caramel, some dates, a resiny touch, fresh fruit and a suitable bitterness in the flavor. Long finish with a wee metallic hint. Pleasant, easy drinkable and well suited for several kinds of food, but a tad boring as a drinking beer I think. 170419

On tap @ the brewpub. Unclear dark orange body with a small, lacing tan head. Mild aroma of toast and dry fruit. Flavor has sweet malt, caramel, dry fruit, toast and fruity/spicy Belgium yeast. Fine balanced body and pleasant aftertaste. Nothing groundbreaking and actually a bit tricky to categorize, but by all means a nice and easy drinkable beer with some character.
