Golden with a white head - Citrus and herbal pepper aroma - Malt body with a pepper flavour and some yeasty notes as well - The malt and peppers goes into the finish - This was nice

On tap at the brewpub. A hazy golden colored beer with a dense finger thick white head. Fruity, spiced aroma with lots of delicious black pepper. Peach, banana and some yeast hints. Full body, pleasant carbonation, quite dry, and with a good bitterness. Fruity flavor with some banana, grapefruit and yeast notes, and a good dash of black pepper. Lasting finish. A delicious beer for sure, love the pepper. 170310

On the Brewpub 250217. Deep golden-orange color with an off-white head. Aroma is pepper, oranges, yeast. Flavor is pepper, oranges, yeast, malt, fruit. Nice beer.

On tap @ the brewpub. Unclear orange body with a small but lacing off-white head. Aroma has malt, oranges, pepper and yeast. Flavor is rather sweet but smooth malt, oranges, fruity yeast, citric zest and also quite bitter for a Saison. The pepper is not very distinct put present. Medium body and rather long lasting aftertaste. Both quite sweet and bitter for the style and it feels a bit raw, still kinda refreshing. Enjoyable and easy drinkable.
