Stavanger 041019. Golden-yellow color with a white head. Aroma is fruit, malt, yeast. Flavor is fruit, malt, yeast, citrus. Ordinary beer.

Bottle. An unclear yellow-golden colored beer with a small white head. The aroma is fruity, with a spiced yeasty touch, some chalky notes and a sour hint. Pale malts too. Fruity, citrusy and lightly sourish flavor with some spiced, chalky yeast notes, and pale malts as a backdrop. Medium to full body, it’s dry and softly carbonated, with a lasting fruity finish. Refreshing but a bit ordinary, even though it’s not. 191004

0,33 flaske fra min favorittpusher i Straensenteret, hjemme i solkroken en vakker julidag: lett uklar lys gylden med fint skum som varer. Krydret fruktighet både i aroma og smak - hvit pepper, muskat, kardemomme, citrus, nesler og bitterappelsin. God bitterhet og halvtørr avslutning gjorde at glasset ble fort tomt. Gjester til tranfigelse (frister til gjentagelse).
