Courtesy of bergstaden Pours clear reddish brown with no head. Aroma has notes of honey, raisin, alcohol and brown sugar. Taste is heavy sweet with a long warm, raisin, honey and brown sugar finish. Body is full, texture is oily, no carbonation.

Bottle. Clear golden, thick, almost oily looking body without any head. Aroma of sweetish honey and warming alcohol. Taste is very sweet honey, some caramel, high alcohol but somehow balancing between the sweetness and the alcohol. Full bodied and long lasting aftertaste. It doesn’t feel very complex, not many flavors beside the honey and alcohol, still a rather pleasant sipper.

Bottle. #79/94. Kindly shared by bergstaden. It's a clear, deep golden colored, still and headless. Honey and flavor driven aroma with a good dash of caramel. Alcohol, wood and vanilla hints. It's sweet and warming on the palate, smooth and with a light sour touch. The caramel and rum are more evident in the flavor, the vanilla too, and there's a hint of rum in the finish. Some honey and oak too, and a mostly sweet, caramel and honey finish. Quite balanced this one, especially the flavor, complex and tasteful, but perhaps a bit sweetish due to the caramel. 190927
