Bottle from the brewery. Slightly unclear golden body with a fine, medium sized, lazing white head. Aroma is rather typical pilsner with pale malt, bread, slightly floral and some fruity hops. Not strong but distinct in aroma. Flavor is soft, a bit on the sweeter side, smooth malt, hint of biscuit, floral, kinda fruity without being outside the pilsner norm and pleasant bitterness. Balanced body and nice, average aftertaste. Simply a well made, classic pilsner, with a bit of extra malt making it softer, smoother and a bit more bitter than you're average macro lager. Not being a big fan of the style, this was rather nice and still authentic for the style. Refreshing and pleasent, will repeat.

Hazed golden in the glass with a quite big head…. Decent intensity in the aroma. Grainy and herbal To high carbonation level in this one. Fizzy mouth feeling Moderate sweetness and a moderate bitterness Malty, grainy and a bit to strong herbal feeling in the flavor Mostly destroyed by a to high carbonation level Fine character [Bottle from Gulating in Fredrikstad, Norway]

4-3-5-2-10 Bottle, #318, three weeks after bottling. Pours slightly unclear dark yellow, with a creamy head. Aroma is sweet malts with toffee and earthy minerals, as well as floral hops. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is slightly roasted malts with syrupy bread, vegetables and earthy minerals, as well as notes herbal hops with leaves. Pretty disappointing.

Bottle. A golden colored beer with a minor haze and a firm finger-thick white head. Some curtains. The aroma is grassy, piney and peppery, with pleasant bready pale malts. It's very smooth on the palate, medium bodied and with a bit more sweetness feeling than I'd prefer. Pleasant carbonation level and a soft bitterness. Bready pale malts and a biscuity touch in the back of the flavor, with piney notes, grass, generic fruityness and some hay. A bit sweet in the swallow, but there's actually enough hops to deal with it. Anyway, even though I liked this one, a crisper and more bitter pils is what I desire. But this isn't bad, not at all. 190601
