Shared bottle @ Patricks. Black body with a solid, lacing beige head. Aroma of roasted malt, dry fruit, wood, mild vinegar and funk. Flavor is quite sweet, dark roasted malt, hint of smoke, wood, dark fruit, mild acidity and warming alcohol. Some Bourbon notes bit not too dominating. Fine balanced body and long lasting aftertaste. A pleasant sipper.

I shared this one Yngwie. Got it from The Brewer by the way. Solid dark black pour with a creamy thick beige head. Nice lacing also. Looks nice and inviting. Lovely aroma with a fine intensity. Quite balanced sweetness for a beer like this. Oily texture. Vinous, dark malt, some roast, chocolate and some bourbon. Solid complex stuff. Bottle. Thx a lot to whoever shared this. It pours a black body under a small, dense brown head. Cute lacing. The aroma has some alcohol, in a good way, a touch of vinegar and barnyard-ish funk, with roasted malts and some coffee. It's super soft on the palate, full bodied, lightly warming and sweet, yet feeling dry. Roasted malts and coffee do most of the work in the flavor, with good company of lemony, barnyard funk, vinegar and alcohol. Long finish. A super delicious and quite complex beer wth good balance. 190503
