Fra fat på ØST, juli-19: mørk kobberbrun med ok skum. Deilig aroma og enda bedre smak med fiken og svisker (midt i blinken for meg!), lær og mørke bær. Bringer tankene hen på flamske bruins. Lekker bærsyre i avslutningen.

On tap at Flyttefest. An unclear amber to brown colored beer with a dense, finger-thick off-white head leaving curtains. The aroma has lots of figs, funk, some oxidation and caramel, a vague hint of coffee, and generic dried fruits. It's tart and funky on the palate, full-bodied and nicely carbonated, with lots of fig in the flavor. Vinegar, generic dried fruit, barnyard-ish, horse blanket-ish funk, some oxidation and caramel, and a touch of coffee in the very end. Wow, this was something different. And complex, tasteful and moreish. The aroma was nice indeed, but in the mouth it just explodes. I'd really love to see this one again. 180818
