Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, tartness and papaya. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium sour with a long papaya and yogurt finish. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

God frukt smak og syrlighet. Har en bra fylde. En perfekt ølbå nyte i solveggen med kanskje litt vanilje is.

KYGGK 020521. Golden color with a white head. Aroma is sourness, papaya. Flavor is sourness, papaya, lemon, yoghurt, tropical fruits. Easy drinkable beer.

Can. Unclear golden body under a fine, big, dense white head. Medium strong aroma of acidic generic fruit with hint of minerals. Taste is fresh and acidic with more distinct fruit flavors than aroma, still pretty generic citric with hint of papaya, some yoghurt and minerals. Medium body and average aftertaste. Totally decent acidic thirst quencher, not particular complex – but kettle sour doesn’t tend to be that. I’m happy with refreshing and not too much yoghurt and not to much juice.

Can. It's a lightly hazy orange colored beer with a nice white head. The aroma is rather doughy, with lemon hints and a nice papaya touch. It's medium bodied, quite dry and lightly acidic, with flavors of papaya dominating. Well, sort of generic tropical fruityness actually. Bread dough, yoghurt hints and some lemon hints too in the flavor. Lasting finish. Noting special going on here. And way too doughy. 210502

0,33 boks fra det statlige velværesenteret i Straensenteret, hjemme: lett uklar gylden med ok skum. Frisk og spenstig aroma og smak, her har de virkelig truffet godt med balansen - papaya, malt og citrus/furunål/blomster fra Centennial-humlen. Og de har heldigvis vært forsiktige med bruken av lactose, så dette blir på ingen måte for søtt (og heller ikke for surt!). Meget behagelig maltkropp. Føler at her er det helse i hver dråpe, og jeg heier på dere som bruker lokale råvarer!
