Small fizzy shortlasting head, slightly cloudy reddish color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, oak, sour apples, fruit stones, mild vinegar, minerals, bark, apple cores, sour red berries, hay, flowers. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, sour apples, mild vinegar, sorrel, oak, sour red berries, apple cores, hay, flowers, minerals, bark, grass, berry skin. Medium bitterness, dry funky fruity mouthfeel. Nice.

Shared 750 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. Vintage 2018. Made with Santana apples, a little beer, cherries and beets. Red colour, Nice aroma of said ingredients. Very tasty flavour, apples, cherries and beets.

0,75 flaske, på RBHD-treff Bjørnøy aug-21: lett uklar rødgylden med kort brusekum. Epler, rødbete og kirsebær. Superfrisk, elegant og overmåte lettdrikkelig.

Bottle shared with Sigmund, Johan and Holmen1 at Bjørnøy 28.08.21 Pale read. Excellent aroma and tast of brett, sour apples and soud redcurrats. Good!

YG 280321. Red golden with orange-pinkish head. Aroma is apple, wood. Flavor is apple, wood , cherries, beetroot, vinegar, earth, funk, alcohol, dust. Weird cider.

Bottle, 75cl. An almost clear dark red beer with an orange hue. Intense sourish apple aroma with lots of funk, leather and barnyard, some wood and apple cores. It's acidic on the palate, with vinegar flavor, a medium body and a touch of alcohol. Vinegar, apple, apple cores, wood and a faint grassy touch. Earthty, barnyardish funk too. A bit much on the vinegar side this one. 210328
