Small bubbly shortlasting head, cloudy dark reddish color. Aroma is sweet fruity, concentrated red berries juice, berry skin, raspberry candy, grass, burnt sugar, sweet raspberries. Taste is sweet fruity, raspberry syrup, raspberry candy, sugar, grass, berry skin, hints of sour apples. Sweet fruity mouthfeel, very soft carbonation. Nice, but this is more like a softdrink than a cider.

Bottle. An unclear murky blue-ish red cider with no head. The aroma has lots of ripe berries, raspberry and blueberry, mixed with stored apples and some apple tart. It's medium bodied and a bit sweet on the palate, even sticky, with a very soft carbonation, at least considering the label says sparkling. The flavor has lots of blackcurrant, with raspberry, blueberry and ripe apples in the back. Some apple tart sweetness and baked apple in the else berry-ish finish. Sure it tastes nice, but I prefer apples only. A bit puzzled by the blackcurrant flavor, guess it's due to the mix of raspberry and blueberry somehow. 210212

Bottle shared with Holmen1 on board Fridtjofen 06.07.20. Translucent pale red with a hue of orange. Some white head. Fine aroma and taste of cider apples, strawberries and wild berries. Good and very drinkable!

MOBPF/toktplanlegging: lett uklar rødgylden med kort skum. Søte epler og noen bringebær. Blåbærene merker jeg ikke noe særlig til. Fin sommerdrikke til terassebruk hvis du har en hang til det søte.

Fiskåbanen 070320. Red-orange color with a pinkish head. Aroma is apple, raspberries. Flavor is rapberries, apples, sourness, sugar, blueberries. Nice cider.

Bottle from Meny. Unclear orange golden body with a small, fading white head. Nice fruity aroma of apple, raspberry, and fruit/berries from the forest. Taste is quite sweet with a fine, balanced mix of different fruit and berry flavors, forest fruit dominating with a slightly ripe apple base. Even the raspberry flavor feels like real berries as this often tends to taste artificial or juicy when added to beer and cider. Body feels balanced even at this low ABV with a long-lasting aftertaste. This was a positive surprise for me.
