Bottle. An unclear headless beer, pale golden in color. The aroma has loads of elderflower, some woody notes, citrus zest and a funky leathery hint. It's tart and medium bodied, decently carbonated and with a lemony sourness. The flavor too is dominated by elderflower, with oak, leather, lemon, lemon zest and a touch of light bread. Lasting finish. A bit one dimensional, but the elderflower addition sure gives a lot of good flavor and aroma. 210113

Bottle. Unclear golden body with a small white head. Aroma has pale malt, wood, funk and something floral. Taste is fresh and fruity, slightly funky, some acidity, wood and flowers. Medium body with a nice, acidic aftertaste. Tasty and refreshing, after a while it feels a bit more sour/harsh but still rather nice and exiting.
