0,33 flaske fra VP Bergen Storsenter (takk til Håkon!), hjemme: åpning med futt, uklar gylden farge med bruseskum som faktisk varer, og det gjør også den brusende munnfølelsen. Smaker av ganske så syrlige epler, så avslutningen er både tørr, astringerende og lite sjarmerende.

Patricks 170322. Pale golden color with some white bubbles. Aroma is apple, sourness. Flavor is apples, dry, mature apple, cellar notes, grass, alcohol. Ordinary cider.

Bottle @ Patricks. Slightly unclear, pale golden body with almost no head. Aroma has light acidic apple and notes of mature apples from an apple cellar. Taste has a slightly discreet apple flavor, acidic green apple, hint of sweet, ripe apples and a bit grassy. Medium body and a bit short in aftertaste. Decent but end up a bit anonymous.

Bottle, at Patricks. It's a lightly foggy one, golden in color. Some white bubbles around the rim. The aroma is rather grassy, with green apple peel and hints of cellar and apple cores. It's dry and medium bodied, softly carbonated, with mostly apple flavors. Green apple, apple cores and grass in the flavor too. Some alcohol notes. Medium length quite grassy finish. Lacking on apple focus this one, but at least clean. 220317
