Bottle, at Håndverkeren. It's an unclear dark orange colored beer with a finger thick off-white head. Nice lacing. The aroma has a bit much bread and caramel, but also a nice piney, grapefruity hoppyness. It's full bodied, nicely carbonated and not too sweet, with a decent bitterness. Some alcohol. The flavor has bread and caramel in the back, with grapefruit, pine cones and resin. Long hop driven finish. A decent one, but a bit too malty, and not feeling as crisp as I hoped for. 211203

Bottle @ Håntverkeren. Unclear golden body under a small off-white head. Strong and fresh aroma of citric fruit, peach, apricot, marmalade and soft malt. Taste like a nice classic old school DIPA with a tad less caramel and pine flavor. Fruity like aroma, smooth malt base and sharp, pleasant bitterness the way unfortunately many beer drinkers seem to have forgotten within a proper DIPA.

Tap @ Brygg Oslo. Hazy dark golden with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and moderate hoppy - pine and old hops. Flavor is quite sweet and very bitter. Sweet and very bitter finish. Not fresh and lacking in aroma. 080120

Ølfestivalen Nærbø 2019. Golden color with an off-white head. Aroma is pine, grapefruit, citrus. Flavor is dry, pine, grapefruit, citrus, fruit, tropical fruits. OK /Nice beer.

Notert på ølfestivalen på Nibbe, okt-19: lett uklar gylden med fint skum som varer. Tropiske frukter, overmoden citrus og lett beske urter. Tørr avslutning med en noe besk bitterhet som desverre skjemmer helhetsinntyrkket. Servert fra fat.
