From bottle at Gloomhaven evening at MB2 05.10.25. Clear pale straw colour. Refreshing aroma and taste of slightly sour cider apples and apple peel. Good!

750 ml corked & caged bottle, vintage 2023, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 7%. Organic (økologisk). Clear and very pale golden colour, pours sparkling with a shortlived white head. Pleasant aroma of fresh Norwegian apples. Light bodied for its strength. Semi-dry (or semi-sweet, if you like) flavour of apples.

Flaske nr. 363, parti 3.

Bottle, 75cl corked. 2020 vintage. It's a clear, deep golden colored cider, still and headless. The aroma has lots of ripe apple, some apple jam and apple pie, with some grassy, flowery notes, a hint of something chemical which isn't sulphites, and a touch of apple cores. It's full to medium bodied, with a touch of tannins, a light acidity and a very low carbonation. Ripe apple, a faint chlorine like hint, grass and flower notes, apple cores and a touch of pressed apples, without the juice. Ripe apples, apple jam, acidity and a grassy, floral hint in the finish. There's a strange chemical touch to this one, else it's a pleasant, tasteful cider that could go well with a heavy dessert. 211020

19.06.2021, 0,75l bottle (2020 vintage) @ home:
Nice fizzy-creamy shortlasting head, clear golden color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, apple cores, sorrel, flowers, sour apples, minerals, hay, leafs. Taste is slightly concentrated sweet sour-ish fruity, apple juice, sour apples, sorrel, flowers, apple peel, citrus, hay, minerals, dried apples, hints of alcohol. Medium bitterness, slightly sweet sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice.
