Bottle shared with Sigmund, Johan and Holmen1 at Bjørnøy 28.08.21. Unclear orange amber. Diminishing white head. Aroma and taste of overripe apricot, dried apricot, fruity Belgian yeast and ethanol. Very sweet and fruity.

Forholdsvis pålitelige notater fra Jæren Ølfestival 2021: lett uklar gylden med fint skum som varer. Gule epler, aprikoser og sure bær. Jeg finner dessverre ikke så mye som minner om en belgisk trippel i denne. 0,33 flasker innkjøpt på bryggeriet.

Shared bottle at regional tasting. Brownish golden colour. Sweetish aroma, notes of Belgian ale yeast. The flavour is not convincing as a tripel.

Bottle. It’s a hazy golden colored beer with a minimal sized off-white head. The aroma is quite alcoholic, with fruityness, peach, apple and a touch of caramel maltyness. It’s full-bodied and warming on the palate, softly carbonated, with a touch of bitterness. Caramel maltyness in the back of the flavor, with grass, peach, apple and a touch of generic fruityness. Long finish. Too warming and harsh this one. 210313
