Bottle from Gulating tasted October 21, marked best before June 22. Unclear golden body under a lacing white head. Aroma has citric fruit, some cooked vegetables and light acidity. Taste is a bit harsh with grass, vegetables and mild acidity. Medium body and a bit harsh in aftertaste. I believe this one struggles with the best before date, it seems to be just a shadow of what is was served fresh regarding previous ratings.

On tap at Apotekergården. It's an almost clear one, golden colored and with a small short-lived white head. Some curtains. The aroma is grassy and piney, with some peppery hints, citrus and pale malts. Notes of hay and a faint alcohol hint too. It's full-bodied, nicely carbonated and semi-dry, with a balancing bitterness. Still feels a bit sweet though. The flavor is pretty similar to the aroma, grassy and piney, with citrus and pale malts. Weirdly enough there's a hint of alcohol here too, but the hay and peppery hints are gone though. Lastng and a bit sweet finish. A nice summer ale. 210722
