Small fizzy shortlasting head, hazy light yellow-ish color. Aroma is dry sour-ish floral, mild vinegar, hay, apple peel, minerals, paper, flowers, apple cores, grass, unripe apples. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish grassy, sorrel, mild vinegar, apple peel, sour dusty apples, flowers, hay, paper, apple cores, bark, leafs. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Fair enough.

YG 270923. Pale yellow color with some white bubles. Aroma is sourness, apples. Flavor is apples, sourness, funk, apple core, alcohol. OK cider.

Bottle @ home. Courtesy of Gunnfryd, Unclear pale golden body with lively carbonation but practically no head. Nice apple aroma with pleasant acidity. A bit funky as well. Taste is nice and refreshing, quite clean apple on the sour side. Medium body with a dry, acidic finish. Nice taste but a bit one dimensional.

Bottle, 75cl. An unclear pale milky-yellow cider with some bubbles on top. Funky, cellarish apple aroma with some apple cores, apple peel and a touch of alcohol. It's medium bodied and quite tart on the palate, pleasantly carbonated, and with a quite funky flavor. Apple peel, apple cores and some light apple marmalade. Lasting finish. Not bad this one. A bit more funky than I'd prefer though. 230927
