Can from Gulating Christmas calendar. Exactly the kind of Berliner Weisse that I don’t like at all. Smells and taste more like a regular fruit juice than anything else. Sweet with some acidity, artificial taste.

Draught, third, kindly shared by Finn, session at Ølhallen. Hanging lacing from a pinkish head. Misty reddish body. Modest notes of berry skins on the nose. Raspberry taste, alright. Drying close, semi-tart. So and so. (Tromsø, 28.02.2025).

Can 330ml @ Ekirom, Egersund Pours slightly hazy red with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, tartness, raspberry. Taste is light sweet and light sour with a long slightly dry, raspberry, and candy finish. Body is light, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft
