Festival sample, Sørlandets Matfestival 2023. Slightly unclear blood red body with practically no head. Aroma has acidic cherry with a hint of almond. Taste is sweet and acidic cherry, bitter cherry stone. Bitter and refreshing, no yoghurt flavor. Medium body with a tart, sour finish. Quite straight forward but nice and tasty, very refreshing.

On tap at Sørlandet Matfestival. A hazy light red beer with a small white head. Berries, hints of vinegar and oak in the aroma. No oak added though. A very light malty touch too. It's lightly tart and lemony in the mouth, softly carbonated and dry, with a tannin feeling. Cherry, red berries and a hint of grass and pale malts. Some vinegar. Long finish. Pleasant, straight forward and yet complex. 230707
