Tiny bubbly shortlasting head, slightly cloudy golden color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish grassy, apple cores, flowers, grass, hay, minerals, alcohol, unripe apples, yeast, hints of paint. Taste is slightly sweet sour-ish boozy, apple juice, booze, apple cores, hay, flowers, minerals, yeast, bark, apple peel, paper, unripe apples. Medium bitterness, harsh boozzy fruity mouthfeel, very soft carbonation. Not my cup of coffee.

Pale yellow in the glass and a fine apple aroma Semi dry and a fine acidity Fresh nice apple flavor. Some yeast, and some citric notes [Bottle at Jæren Ølfestival 22]

Jæren Ølfestival 2022. Straw color with no head. Aroma is apple, alcohol, grass. flavor is apples, sugar, alcohol, grass, lime. Nice cider.

Bottle, 75cl, at Jæren Ølfestival. A clear one, straw colored and more or less headless and still. The aroma has lots of apple, with alcohol, a touch of grass and lime, some apple cores and bark. It’s full-bodied, warming and very softly carbonated, semi-sweet, with an apple driven flavor. Some apple cores, bark, alcohol and grass in the flavor. Lime, fruity sweetness and some hay notes in the flavor. Lasting finish. A bit too warming this one, but not bad. 220813

Shared bottle at Bryne tasting. Pale golden colour. Pleasant aroma and flavour of apples and hops. Very enjoyable.

Notater fra en særdeles hyggelig kveld på Jæren Ølfestival 2022: klar lys strågylden uten skum. Epler og hint av kanel og blomster. Stor smak med dybde, lang ettersmak og betydelig mersmak. Frisk og velgjørende. Fra 0,75 flaske.
